Where to Buy
Juicerville sells juicers exclusively through this website. We service all of Canada but we do not have any physical stores. By focusing on online sales only, we are able to keep our prices as low as possible.
At Juicerville.ca you can pay for your purchases using your credit card (VISA or Master Card) or your PayPal account. We also accept certified bank cheques and money orders, but we are not able to ship any items until we have received and processed your bank cheque or money order. These are the ONLY payment options we offer. Please do not send personal cheques.
We have set the highest standards when it comes to secure online transactions. This is why we partnered with PayPal for our checkout process. PayPal is the fastest, safest and most trusted way to pay for online purchases.
Sales tax is required for all orders shipping within Canada.
- Orders shipped to Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut will be charged GST (5%).
- Orders shipped to British Columbia will be charged GST (5%) and PST (7%).
- Orders shipped to Quebec will be charged GST (5%) and QST (9.975%).
- Orders shipped to Ontario, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland will be charged HST (13%).
- Orders shipped to Prince Edward Island will be charged HST (14%).
- Orders shipped to Nova Scotia will be charged HST (15%).
Shipping & Handling
All orders over $199 will receive FREE shipping & handling regardless of the destination in Canada.
All orders below $199 will be charged a flat shipping & handling rate of $15 regardless of the destination in Canada.
All shipments are with either Canada Post or Canpar. Shipping time is between 1-7 business days depending on location. Please see top of this page for our average shipping times for your province. You will be provided a link to the shipping provider's website where you will be able to track your parcel.
At the moment we do not ship outside of Canada.
Any items that are unavailable will be
placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped.
Your order will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No
additional shipping fees will be charged. Please note that you will always be notified of any back orders and have the option to get a complete refund if you prefer not to wait for your item.
If you need a replacement part for your juicer, keep in mind that these are often covered by your warranty. You then need to contact the manufacturer directly to have it sent to you. For other circumstances, please contact us to see if we might have your part in stock.

We make your satisfaction our top priority. We rarely have problems with any of our products because we deal only with the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers. In the rare event that your item is damaged or defective in some way, we will make sure that you are taken care of.
Within 30 Days of Purchase
We will replace a defective product at no cost to you. We will even pay for your costs to return the item to us, just contact us.
After 30 Days of Purchase
All of our products come with an extended manufacturer's warranty, some of them up to 15 years long! Please note, however, that all warranty claims are between you and the manufacturer. We recommend all our customers to register their purchase with the manufacturer to facilitate any potential future claim.
Returns & Refunds
Please refer to the list of scenarios below to learn how to deal with your particular situation:
- You would like to make changes to your order
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been shipped. Please contact us with your order ID available.
- You want to cancel your order
We can cancel your order and issue you a refund without penalty only if the order has not been shipped out. If you do not cancel the order until after it has already been shipped out, please refer to scenario 4 below.
- After you received the product you discover that it is not working correctly, is missing parts, or is visibly damaged or deformed
Please refer to the section 'Warranty' above.
- After you received the product you decide that you want to return it for a refund
In the event that you change your mind and you decide to return an item, you can do so if ALL of the following requirements are met:
a. All returned items must be in unused condition and must be accompanied by all original contents. Missing contents will result in a reduced credit amount. All warranty cards must be left blank. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers box that has not been defaced or altered in any way.
b. You must notify us that you would like to return the item within 30 calendar days of receiving the item
c. You MUST contact us to get a return authorization code and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item
If you return an item without all three of the above requirements being met, the item will be refused and come back to you and no refund will be issued. If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued in one of the following manners:
a. You can receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned item (less our actual shipping & handling costs) as a store credit, ORb. You can get a cash refund for the amount you originally paid less a 5% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping & handling
Credit for returns are processed within 15 days from the date we receive the merchandise. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to us.
- You refuse the delivery of your order, and it comes back to us
Should you refuse an item and it is sent back to us, we will issue a refund less a 5% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping & handling. In the event that the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim is settled. You will then be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (less the amount the shipping company charges us for shipments). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we will not be able to give you a refund.
IMPORTANT! Never return an item without contacting us first. You must obtain a return authorization number before shipping the item back to us.
